Repeat

Repeat is being created by a small, independent team from the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

At the end of 2020, the rough concept was developed and the core idea of the story took shape. In early 2021, a first prototype followed—along with the search for like-minded collaborators, who were eventually found.

Since then, we have been working on this game with a great deal of passion, patience, and a healthy dose of stubbornness. What began as a loose idea gradually evolved into a fully fledged point-and-click adventure. Without a big studio backing us, but with short communication paths, plenty of discussions, and even more coffee. In the beginning, we refined the original concept together, discussed ideas, and divided the upcoming tasks among ourselves.

As a small team, we wear many hats at once: concept, story, art, code, sound, and all the little things in between. Repeat is therefore not an off-the-shelf product, but a true passion project that has grown over the years—night after night, loop after loop.
